  • We track daily usage counts per IP address for rate limiting purposes. This data is stored in server memory and is not persisted to any database.
  • Basic usage preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage (e.g., free usage count, paid status).

2.3 Payment Information

  • Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
  • Stripe collects payment information according to their Privacy Policy.

  • To provide the text humanization service you requested.
  • To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the Service.
  • To process payments for paid features.
  • We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • OpenAI - AI processing of submitted text
  • Stripe - Payment processing
  • Vercel - Hosting, deployment, and anonymous usage analytics (cookie-free)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

We do not use tracking cookies. We use browser localStorage to store your usage preferences locally on your device. We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., page views, performance metrics). These tools do not use cookies, do not collect personal data, and do not track individual users. No data is sent to advertising services.

6. Data Retention

  • Submitted text: Not retained. Processed in memory only.
  • IP-based rate limiting data: Stored in server memory, cleared on server restart (typically daily).
  • Payment records: Retained by Stripe according to their policies and applicable law.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your data.
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data.
  • Data portability.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Since we do not store your text or maintain user accounts, most data requests can be addressed by simply clearing your browser's localStorage.

The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
