By accessing or using AI Text Humanizer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Text Humanizer provides AI-powered text rewriting that transforms AI-generated content into natural, human-sounding text. The Service uses third-party AI models to process your text while preserving the original meaning.

3. Free and Paid Usage

• Free users may humanize up to 3 texts per day (up to 500 words each).
• Paid plans include per-use credits ($0.99 USD per text, up to 5,000 words) and monthly subscription ($9.99 USD per month for unlimited use).
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the Service did not perform as described.

4. Acceptable Use

• You are responsible for the content you submit for humanization.
• Do not submit text containing illegal content, hate speech, malware, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the Service's rate limits or security measures.
• The Service is intended as a writing assistance tool. You are responsible for ensuring your use of humanized text complies with any applicable rules, guidelines, or academic integrity policies.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the text you submit. The AI-generated humanized outputs are provided for your use. We claim no ownership over your text or the generated outputs.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated outputs may vary in quality. We do not guarantee that humanized text will bypass any specific AI detection tool, as detection technology evolves continuously. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Text Humanizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
